I was a new agent searching for the right place to land. A place that would help me grow and learn fast and effectively. I had a very profitable career so I was in no hurry and wanted to make sure I made the right choice when I chose a brokerage. I met with a total of 22 brokers. Asked a million questions. I received my license in July 2020 and weighed my options until I made a choice at the end of September 2020 (so you know I was picky). Our full-time broker and two associate brokers have a collective 50 plus years of experience in Real Estate. Our Brokers are on call seven days a week 365 days a year, nights, weekends, holidays. On top of the three brokers, West USA Realty has Marge Lindsey. Marge has been in Real Estate for 44 years and is a nationally recognized trainer. Marge Lindsey is the director of West USA Realty Education Department and as part of the West USA family we partner with her to bring the best training possible to our agents. In addition to broker support, at West USA Realty of Prescott, we want to make sure our agents have the support behind them so they can make Real Estate simple for their clients!

The elements of Agent Development include:
Success Planning: Your production goal, or annual income, is both the beginning and end as you strive for a successful real estate business.
Goal Accountability: Many agents set annual goals and create realistic plans. Although following through with your plan can be challenging without a high degree of personal discipline.
Time Management: Applying time management routines and systems will quickly identify scheduling challenges that directly affect the success of your business plan. Many agents under estimate or do not prioritize business building activities.
West USA Realty of Prescott is a franchise of West USA Realty that offers an education department that fulfills the many needs of its agents. Whether we are talking about an experienced agent or one who just received their license, there are programs and classes offered for everyone and as part of the West USA Realty family you can attend the classes that are offered.
Agents will be able to satisfy their continuing education requirements for licensing renewal from classes offered. All are welcome! In addition, West USA Realty offers GRI and CRMS classes which lead to designations and certifications through AAR and NAR.
